Modernization of a CNC machine includes replacement of the CNC control, spindle- and servo motors, drives, electrical components along with the existing wiring of the machine.

The process:

Visit of the site to collect machine data in order to prepare for modernization and software development

Control kit and electrical cabinet are assembled in JUGODIN and as such delivered to the customer

At the location of the machine, old cables are extracted and replaced with new ones, new motors  are installed, new CNC control is installed and the system is tested

Calibration is carried out

Finally, we provide training and submit documentation that includes:

• PMC ladder chart
• Drive and PLC instructions
